2. Eligibility

- Not post any content that is:– False, misleading, or deceptive– Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory– Obscene, pornographic, or offensive– Infringing on any third party’s intellectual property rights– Spam, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent offers– Related to illegal products or services
- Not use the Site to harass, impersonate, or harm others
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the Site’s operation
4. Listing Accuracy & Content Ownership
- Business owners and users are solely responsible for the content they submit, including business details, descriptions, images, pricing, and contact information.
- OZ Classified does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any listing.
- By submitting a listing, you grant OZ Classified a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and promote your content on our Site and associated marketing channels.
- You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights.
5. Featured Listings & Payments
OZ Classified offers businesses the option to upgrade their listings to “Featured” status for enhanced visibility on the Site.
- Featured listings are displayed prominently for a specified period, typically 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment for featured listings is made in advance.
- All payments are non-refundable. Once a featured listing is purchased and activated, no refunds will be issued, including for early removal, change of mind, or unsatisfactory results.
- OZ Classified reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or duration of featured listings at any time.
- We reserve the right to remove any featured listing that violates these Terms without refund.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site
- Post duplicate, spam, or irrelevant listings
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, or rankings
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or burdens our infrastructure
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of your listing(s), account termination, and/or legal action.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
OZ Classified may contain links to third-party websites, including business websites, advertisements, and external resources. We:
- Do not control or endorse the content of third-party sites
- Are not responsible for their privacy practices, terms, or accuracy
- Encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party site you visit
8. Intellectual Property
All content on OZ Classified that is not user-generated—including logos, design, text, graphics, and software—is the property of OZ Classified and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission

- Remove any listing that violates these Terms
- Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

- Once a featured listing fee has been paid, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:– Change of mind– Early removal of the listing by the business owner– Removal of the listing by OZ Classified due to a violation of our Terms– Dissatisfaction with visibility, leads, or results– Business closure or change in circumstances
- If OZ Classified is unable to display your featured listing due to a technical error on our part, we may, at our sole discretion:– Extend the featured period, or– Provide a credit for future services
- Refunds will not be provided for partial use of a featured period.
